Master Technician
Salary: £38,000 Basic | OTE £60,000–£65,000
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturday rota if applicable)
The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and high-performing dealership seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic capabilities who is looking to maximise earnings and play a key role within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and complex repairs
- Working to manufacturer standards and guidelines
- Supporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshop
- Ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity
- Completing warranty repairs accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining detailed and accurate job records
- Contributing to workshop performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
- Master Technician accreditation (or working towards)
- Proven diagnostic and electrical fault-finding experience
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
