We are a growing independent takeaway coffee shop in East London (E1), looking for a skilled and reliable barista to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality coffee.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an independent or specialty coffee shop (essential)
- Confident with espresso workflow: dial-in, consistency, and latte art
- Good understanding of coffee fundamentals (extraction, beans, milk texturing)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle busy service periods
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and drinks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Support daily operations, including basic stock handling
- Deliver a positive and welcoming customer experience
