Role : Senior Air Conditioning Engineer / Supervisor
Location : Bedfordshire ( UK travel required at times )
Package:
- 45,000 - £52,000 per year
- 8.30 - 4.30pm including lunch
- Minus 30 mins either side
- ½ hour paid lunchbreak

The Role
We are a successful facilities management company who have been established for nearly 30 years’ providing Electrical, Mechanical, Gas and Air Conditioning Services across the UK. Built long term relationships with many prestigious clients which include the Health Care, Education, Leisure and Industrial sector.
We are currently seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer / Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, maintaining and fixing faults and problems with air conditioning equipment
- Working closely with the operations manager
- Conduct audits ( uk travel )
- Supervise and coordinate AC technicians and daily operations
- Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to standards
- Diagnose technical issues and support field technicians
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory
- Conduct safety checks and enforce procedures
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- FGAS or Equivalent
- 8 years experience in the industry
- Driver’s Licence
