Job Role: Production Operative
Location: Littlehampton
Working Hours: We are looking for individuals on both the AM/PM rotating shift and a permanent PM shift
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm and Friday: 6:00am – 11.30am.
shift - Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm and Friday: 11:30am – 5:00pm.
Total 37.5 hours
We are looking for Production Associates to support key stages of our manufacturing process. You will follow scheduled build plans, produce high‑quality work, and safely operate a range of industrial equipment and hand tools.
What you’ll do:
- Work across production areas including moulding, painting, blasting and part preparation.
- Cut and prepare rubber; operate heated hydraulic presses
- Use metal blasting equipment, degreasing baths, and apply paint coatings
- Follow work instructions, process specifications and quality standards
- Identify defects or scrap and escalate issues promptly
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S principles
- Support health & safety requirements and wear PPE at all times
What we are looking for:
- Ability to read specifications and work accurately (Essential)
- Good communication skills (Essential)
- Strong dexterity and attention to detail (Essential)
- Team-focused attitude (Essential)
- Experience using hand tools (Desirable)
- Experience with mechanical or production processes (Desirable)
Those working shifts will be subject to a 12% Shift Allowance
