Next Gen Trade Ltd is a UK-based leading wholesale supplier of bubble tea ingredients and beverage supplies. We work with cafés, restaurants, bubble tea shops, wholesalers and hospitality businesses across the UK, providing high-quality products, reliable fulfilment and strong customer support.
We are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the FMCG industry to join our growing sales team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships and supporting sales growth across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, commercially aware and confident in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the FMCG, foodservice, beverage or hospitality sector
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails and customer visits to generate sales opportunities
- Present and promote the Company’s beverage ingredients and supplies
- Prepare quotations, follow up leads and support order conversion
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity updates
- Work closely with the warehouse, operations and management teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in FMCG is required
- Experience in food, beverage, wholesale, hospitality supply or distribution is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with cold calling, customer visits and account management
- Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
