WeMindTheGap is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Officer to join our team. Someone who can be the ultimate role model for our students sharing life skills and experience in a way which encourages them to choose positive behaviours in and out of school.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our youth development programmes in schools across Cheshire West and Chester, providing support and guidance to 11-15 year olds with gaps in school attendance and engagement.
- Location: Chester and Cheshire West- across various secondary schools
- 30 hours/ 4 days per week
- Salary: £21,216 (£26,520 FTE)
- 12 month fixed term contract initially
- Closing date: Friday 26th June 2026
- Interview date: Monday 6th July 2026
- Start date: Monday 10th August
