About the role:
As a Reservations Agent, you will work closely with our central support and hotel operations teams to ensure that guest bookings and enquiries are managed effectively.
This position is home/remote based working within the UK.
About the role
The key responsibilities for the role include:
· Answering company phone lines in a timely manner.
· Processing guest enquiries whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
· Providing information to guests regarding the local areas of our hotels.
· Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner.
· Answering emails in a timely manner.
Key requirements for this role:
· Previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
· Fantastic communication skills.
· Computer literate, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems.
· Reslynx experience desirable.
· Valid right to work within the United Kingdom.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay is £13.45 per hour (reviewed annually), plus commission based pay.
A typical working week is based on a minimum of 24 hours per week with flexibility across 5 out of 7 days.
