National Account Manager - Contract Catering Customers

The Role
This National Account Manager position is focused on developing and growing key customers across contract catering and facilities management sectors. You will manage an established portfolio, with responsibility for increasing spend, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with procurement, category and director-level stakeholders. The role combines account management with growth activity, including site visits and head office engagement, with flexibility to work from home alongside time on the road.
Location
National role - ideally based between the Midlands and London, with regular travel and occasional visits to a Midlands head office.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Exposure to contract catering, FM or related markets
- Understanding of equipment, maintenance and service contracts or capital sales (e.g. catering equipment, vending, lifts or similar)
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
The Package
- £50,000-£55,000 basic salary
- Uncapped OTE (circa 5-12%)
- Company car or allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
