The Job
The prime focus of this position will be to make sure our guests receive excellent service with a smile!
You will be working as part of our team who love connecting with people. So if you’re a "people person", then we would love to welcome you.
We are looking for an F&B person who has bar and restaurant experience and who wants to work in an environment where they can grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus.
- Assist in the smooth operation of our weddings and events
-You'll take pride in all tasks you complete, as being an essential member of the F&B service team ensuring we're set up for success.
-Playing a significant part in making sure our service operations run without hitch, and our service is smooth.
- Supporting other team members within the whole department
-Taking reservations and assisting with bookings
- Ensuring great menu and wine knowledge in order to confidently "sell" to our guests
- You'll maintain the highest standard of room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Ensuring you always look impeccable and professionally presented
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional and helpful; Playing your part in making their stay 5 star in every way.
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in a Waiter/Waitress role in a top quality hospitality environment
· Cocktail Bar experience
· Confidence in talking to others
· Great attention to detail
· Great time management and self-motivated
· Car Driver a must as we are not on public transport routes
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brecon LD3 7YB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
