We are looking for talented, dedicated and passionate women to join our friendly and professional team at Novalo Clinic. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality treatments, exceptional luxury customer experience and personalised client treatment plans.
We are particularly looking for self employed beauty therapists, SPMU, laser techs, cryotherapists and makeup artists to join our team (open to other services). These roles offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to operate independently; with the exposure of over 1,000 regular monthly clients.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This position is perfect for a professional looking to build their own client base within a supportive environment on a room share basis.

Novalo Clinic is a well established, 5 star rated aesthetics and facial clinic owned by a registered nurse based within Leigh-On-Sea. Our treatments include dermal fillers, fat dissolving, vitamin injections, facials, chemical peels, scar and stretch mark removal, polynucleotides, skin boosters, exosomes and more.
The salon is rapidly growing and will also soon be opening a second location with plenty of opportunities for professional growth.
Free parking, Wi-Fi, all bills included, fully furnished room share, access to the whole salon, fully air-conditioned, booking system available, CCTV operated, large amount of footfall, over 1,000 regular monthly clients and fully booked 3 weeks in advance.
This will be on a day or weekly room to rent basis with flexible working hours with the opportunity for evenings and weekends, part time or full time and discounted treatments for staff within a supportive, friendly work environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally and provide suitable recommendations to clients
- Self motivated, honest and trustworthy with organisational skills to manage appointments independently and treatment times effectively
- Ability to work flexibly according to client demands and schedule appointments accordingly
