Job Summary
As a production operative, you will work across various stages of production, ensuring products are assembled to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and tools to assemble refrigeration units according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and dispatching products
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude is an advantage
