We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content & CRM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital content, optimising customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in digital marketing, content management, and data analysis to contribute to our organisation’s growth and brand presence.
Website and digital content
- Understanding of how well structured content, optimised images and complete product information can improve customer experience, search visibility and conversion.
- Maintain and improve website content across homepage, landing pages, category pages and product pages.
- Support product content quality, including missing dimensions, specifications, imagery and key selling information.
- Review website CTAs, internal links and showroom journey content.
- Help ensure campaign landing pages are clear, updated and aligned with current promotions.
- Support CMS updates, content housekeeping and basic QA after changes are made.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build and manage email campaigns and automations.
- Support post order journeys, including thank you emails, reassurance, delivery updates and Complete the room messages.
- Create lapsed customer reactivation campaigns.
- Support review request journeys and prize draw communications.
- Help segment customers by purchase history, store, value, category and lifecycle stage.
Organic social and content planning
- Support the organic social media calendar.
- Help create content around room inspiration, product education, showroom activity, customer needs and promotional campaigns.
- Track audience growth, engagement and content performance.
- Support the ambition to grow Cousins’ organic social community over time.
Data and reporting support
- Help improve customer data quality before it is used in Klaviyo.
- Support basic campaign reporting across email, web and organic social.
- Support reporting on CRM performance, open rates, clicks, conversions and customer journeys.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, website content, CRM or ecommerce content management.
- Hands on experience updating website content through a CMS or ecommerce platform.
- Experience creating or supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform.
- Good technical understanding of digital content, including image dimensions, file formats, SEO basics, metadata, internal linking and web content QA.
- Good understanding of organic social media content and how it supports brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working with campaign calendars, product content, customer data and basic performance reporting.
- Retail, furniture, home interiors or multi site business experience would be an advantage.
