Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (Block Pay – 12-hour shifts)

About the Role
Sure Healthcare is expanding into the Doncaster area and is looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants (male or female) to join our growing team. As we build our client base and care runs, this is a great opportunity to join early and secure a consistent, structured schedule.
You will initially support a developing care run, which will transition into a set rolling rota once fully established. Currently includes 4 calls during the day 30 minute each call on postcode DN4, Shopping call 1 hour twice a week included on 2 of them days.
Shift Pattern & Pay
· 8.45am - 9.15pm @ £12.75, this currently includes 4 calls during the day 30 minute each call on postcode DN4
· Shopping 1 hour twice a week included on 2 of them days
- Opportunity to move onto a regular, set run with a rolling rota
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with medication prompts/administration
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where required
- Carrying out welfare checks and companionship visits
- Supporting clients with shopping and light household tasks
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
Requirements
- Must be located within the Doncaster area
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
