Quality Control Operative, Dayshift 4 day week.
Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for a for a successful food manufacturing company in the Crossmaglen area for a Quality Control Operative on a permanent basis working 4 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Quality Control Operative is responsible for maintaining and enforcing food safety and quality standards across the production floor during your shift.
You will act as the primary point of responsibility for quality control activities, ensuring products meet internal specifications, customer requirements and regulatory standards. This role involves monitoring production processes, verifying compliance with food safety systems, and ensuring quality checks are completed accurately and consistently. This role is also responsible for ensuring all production staff on shift are aware of and abide by quality standards.
Essential Experience & Criteria.
· Proven experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
· Ability to take responsibility nd support team members.
· Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to quality and compliance.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to operational issues.
· Reliable, proactive and committed to maintaining high production standards.
· Relevant qualifications, training or experience in a similar role.
Hours of work
Monday-Thursday 7am – 7pm (4 day week)
Rate of pay is £15.36 per hour
Permanent position.
