Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our Operational Team
Your role will be to ensure that SM Cleaning are providing the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in line with our quality standards and client specifications. You will help to assess, report and manage site cleaning standards. Visit operatives, ensure correct training is provided, manage holiday requests and allocate cover.
Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in areas of cleaning operations and site management, with specialised skill in handling staff, scheduling, delegating, and motivating. He or she will be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision: 2 years (required)
- Time management
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and Auditing Systems
- Good understanding of English (Written and Verbal)
- Good understanding of Spanish/Portuguese (Written and Verbal)
Working requirements:
Monday to Friday
Flexible approach to working hours requires a range of early mornings / days / evening to meet the need of the business
Willingness to travel to sites in and around London and home counties (Kent, Essex, Surrey)
