As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.
Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):

Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard

Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks

Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting.

Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries.

Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to allergens.
Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
