Main Purposes of Job:
We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Commercial Energy Consultants to play a vital role in the growth and profitability of the company by engaging appropriate clients, building strong commercial relationships, developing and implementing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective revenue generation.
The Commercial Energy Consultant will ideally have previous sales experience in the energy or service provision sectors with expertise in business-to-business sales and marketing being an advantage. They must also have in-depth knowledge of direct sales, a proven track record of success generating revenue from B2B or domestic sales, and be skilled in business development, creation of and management of projects, and customer management.
Working directly for the Board of Directors, the successful individual will collaborate with internal and external service providers to drive business revenue and growth development. This will include working with the senior management and the executive team to develop new sales opportunities, helping the business to develop and promote existing and emerging solutions, and work alongside the company’s sales and marketing teams to create new development opportunities and establish the company’s brand.
The Commercial Energy Consultant will be responsible for increasing IndependentECO's market share of the Commercial Decarbonisation sector by identifying business opportunities, including but not limited to identifying new partnerships, engaging new clients, and winning new contracts.

- Previous business development experience in the renewables industry

Hours of work
Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm (up to maximum of 37.5 hours per week)
Income
£50,000 - £70,000 for achieving targets (No upper limit on earning potential)
