Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular account reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Resolve issues proactively and manage client expectations effectively.
Requirement Gathering & Job Qualification
- Take detailed job specifications from clients.
- Understand technical requirements, business objectives, team structures, and cultural fit considerations.
- Translate hiring needs into clear briefs for recruitment teams.
- Ensure recruiters have the necessary information to deliver quality candidates.
Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Introduce additional recruitment solutions, staffing models, or service offerings.
- Develop relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
Service Delivery & Performance Management
- Monitor recruitment delivery against agreed service levels.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Time-to-hire
- Fill rates
- Candidate retention
- Interview-to-offer ratios
- Client satisfaction scores
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or account management.
- Experience managing corporate client relationships.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and workforce planning.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
