About the role
We're looking for a reliable, discreet, and switched-on contractor based in Manchester to support client delivery on a flexible, task-by-task basis.
The work is varied — one day you're managing a calendar or drafting correspondence, the next you're coordinating a supplier or attending a property visit. Standards are high and clients expect everything handled, not just attempted.
What you'll do
- Inbox monitoring and drafting in the client's voice
- Calendar and scheduling support
- Research and vendor coordination
- Stakeholder follow-ups and progress chasing
- In-person support as needed — errands, property visits, event and household coordination
What we're looking for
- Based in Greater Manchester — in-person availability is a genuine requirement
- Strong written communication
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Reliable and self-directed; you don't need chasing
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
