Hours: 20-30 hours per week (with opportunities for additional hours)

The Role
You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing serviced accommodation properties, Airbnb properties, HMOs and commercial spaces to a high standard.
Duties will include:
* Full property cleaning and presentation
* Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
* Bed making and linen changes
* Stock checks and replenishment
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Property inspections and quality checks
* Following company cleaning checklists and procedures
* Uploading photographs and completion reports through our company app

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Own reliable vehicle
* Smartphone with access to mobile data

* Willingness to travel to properties across the Midlands region when required
* Availability to work some weekends and bank holidays as required by bookings and client demand
How We Work
Our operations are coordinated through our Coventry hub.
Team members will collect and return equipment, linen and supplies from our central location before and after scheduled work where required.
All jobs are managed through our company app, allowing you to view schedules, complete checklists, record completed work and communicate directly with management.
