The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, maintain high food standards, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality cooking.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
