Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report any changes promptly to the medical team
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, adhering to protocols and regulations
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the clinical setting
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and new team members as required
- Lead the team of care staff on shift
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital environment, demonstrating strong nursing skills
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices, policies, and procedures related to patient care
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and delivering compassionate care
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning within the nursing field
Pay: £20.95 per hour
