Marshal/Team Leader
Location:
Remote Quarry at South Ferriby , North Lincolnshire
Working Hours:
95% of Sundays (with days off entitlement)
Job Summary:
As a Marshal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly by managing car parking, overseeing event attendees, and delivering excellent customer service. During your employment, you will also be trained on how to use card readers, chronographs, and charging stations, which are essential tools for carrying out your duties effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage car parking, ensuring that cars are parked in a safe and organized manner.
- Oversee event attendees, making sure that they are following safety guidelines and enjoying their experience.
- Use customer service skills to provide attendees with an excellent experience.
- Operate card readers, chronographs, and charging stations, following established procedures and protocols
- Drive independently to and from the remote quarry location
- Navigate and work on difficult terrain that requires physical fitness
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive independently
- Must be physically fit and able to work on challenging terrain
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work most Sundays
- Willingness to learn and be trained on new tools and equipment
- Drive and dedication to progress to become a team leader
