Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator (Turning) to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various CNC machinery. The CNC Setter Operator will play a vital role in maintaining quality standards and supporting manufacturing operations within our facility.

Duties
- Set & Operate CNC machines such as milling machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations while ensuring proper calibration with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy using precision measuring instruments and adhering to manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Support assembly line operations when required.
Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC Turning machinery.
- Familiarity with the use of precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, hand tools, welding, fabrication, tooling setup, and materials handling including forklift operation is advantageous.
- Previous factory experience in manufacturing or machining environments is preferred.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
