We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team as we launch an exciting new Alternative Provision Unit. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.
As part of our dedicated team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support students who require a personalised approach to learning. You will help deliver engaging interventions, build positive relationships, and contribute to developing a provision that empowers young people to achieve their potential.
Hours: 30 hours per week inclusive of apprenticeship study
Start: September 2026
Term-time only plus 1 weeks (39 weeks per year)
Support Staff Scale Grade 13 £25,989 - £28,142 Full-Time equivalent
Actual Salary for 39 weeks, 30 hours a week is £18,045 - £19,540
