Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, engaging and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure a safe eating environment.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping others.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: £8.97-£14.24 per hour
