About the Job
Reporting to the Finance Team Manager the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties...
- Match, check and code invoices
- Enter and upload invoices onto the system
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Liaise with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and keep information confidential
- Provide administrative support to on-site management on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health and Safety
- Observe and comply with all good working practices within the office
Your skills & experience
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
- Data input experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy are required for this position.
Desirable
- Strong Sage 50 Accounts experience.
- Experience of working in a busy office
