Summary
We are seeking a Factory Operative to join our team in Alfreton. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient production and assembly of our high-quality drinkware products, supporting our mission to deliver excellence to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of printed drinkware.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Support team members in meeting production targets.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments.
