Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Coach Driver to become part of our team at JRP Direct. The candidate will be tasked with the safe transportation of passengers to their various destinations, all while upholding exceptional customer service and driving standards. Our services cater to a diverse group of passengers, including local schools, outings for groups, and transportation for jobs throughout the UK. This position demands strong communication abilities and proficiency in driving different vehicle types, ranging from minibuses to coaches.
Pay
- £15.10 Per hour (£39,000+ per year on a 50 hour contract)
- £30 weekend bonus

Positions available are full time, part time and zero hour.
Duties
- Safely drive and operate the vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Carry out pre-journey and post-journey inspections of the vehicle to ensure vehicle road worthiness.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays or changes.
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle inside and out at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- A valid PSV licence for the UK. (D Catagory)
- Valid CPC.
- Preferably a digital tacho card (although this is not essential)
- You will be required to undertake an enhansed DBS as will be transporting children.
- Previous experience as a coach driver driver is preferred.
- Good local knowledge and able to plan your routes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and team members.
- A commitment to safety and customer service excellence is essential.
