Job Summary
Kaka Chemicals Africa Supply & Distribution Ltd is looking for a Distribution Operations Manager to oversee supply, warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities. This role is ideal for an operations professional with strong experience in stock control, transport coordination, supplier management, and safe handling of chemical or industrial products.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily distribution, warehousing, and supply operations.
- Coordinate stock movement, deliveries, transport schedules, and supplier requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of chemical and industrial products.
- Improve operational workflows, logistics processes, and service efficiency.
- Manage distribution staff, performance targets, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Resolve delivery issues, stock discrepancies, supplier concerns, and operational risks.
Requirements
- Experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transport operations, or industrial product handling.
- Previous supervisory or operations management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch planning, supplier coordination, and health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, deadlines, delivery schedules, stock records, and operational priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, inventory systems, warehouse software, and logistics tracking tools.

Pay: £36,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
