Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team during busy weekend periods. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
- Follow health and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures at all times to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Experience in janitorial work or cleaning services is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated shifts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour conducive to guest relations

Hours
- 9am or 10am start
- Weekend shifts (Saturday & Sundays)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
