About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting using mowers and strimmers
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weed control and general grounds upkeep
- Litter picking and site clearance
- Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role preferred
- Ability to use landscaping tools and machinery safely
- Full UK driving licence essential B+E Required
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
