Ideal For:
This role would suit a NQ - 2 PQE Property Solicitor or Lawyer who has gained experience in Residential Conveyancing during their training contract or as a paralegal. It's particularly suited to someone who enjoys client-facing work, wants exposure to high-quality transactions, and is seeking a firm that offers genuine mentoring, technical development, and long-term progression opportunities within a supportive and well-resourced environment.
The Role:
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while developing specialist expertise within a growing area of the property market.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Specialist property financing transactions
- Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle from instruction through to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or CLC with a current practising certificate
- Experience handling residential property matters during training or post-qualification
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law principles
- Self-build or new-build property work would be beneficial
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
