Duties
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments of patients’ oral health.
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging techniques.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
- Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing dental restorations where applicable.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Dentist with valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Proven experience in general dentistry, with a strong understanding of anatomy and medical imaging techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software related to dental restoration design is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach within the team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
