Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Joiner to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing high-quality wooden components and furniture.
Requirements
- Fabricate wooden components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Assemble joinery products, including doors, windows, and bespoke furniture pieces
- Operate hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, and measuring devices with accuracy
- Use power tools including drills, sanders, and saws to shape and finish timber surfaces
- Perform carpentry tasks involving cutting, fitting, and fixing timber elements on-site or in the workshop
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials safely to facilitate assembly and installation processes
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
