Join Our Growing, Progressive Farm Veterinary Team
We’re looking for an experienced Farm Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and forward-thinking team across Paisley and Greenock.
This is a dedicated farm-only role, ideal for a confident Vet who enjoys working closely with farmers, taking ownership of cases, and contributing to high clinical standards while collaborating within a supportive team.
With a strong support network and continued investment in our farm services, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your interests and play a key role in our ongoing growth.
Salary: up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
Work Pattern & On-Call
The role offers a structured and balanced rota designed with farm work in mind:

5-day working week

A mix of early finishes at 17:00 and later finishes at 19:00

Out-of-hours shared equally across the farm team
-
One weeknight on-call per week (with a later start the following day)

One weekend on-call per month, with a long weekend off in return
We’re happy to consider flexible or alternative working patterns to suit the right candidate.
