The Role
The Internal Sales role is the voice of NBP, acting as the central connection between our customers and the business across multiple channels. Beyond handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with the support of the wider NBP team, this role plays a key part in the day-to-day operation of the branch.
Internal Sales colleagues contribute across a wide range of operational duties, including trade counter support, face-to-face customer service, banking, and assisting with logistics. They are fully engaged in the running of the site, stepping in where needed — including supporting warehouse activities and “mucking in” to keep operations running smoothly.
As true all-rounders, they ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression, making NBP the first place customers choose to contact. The role also supports the external sales team, contributing to business growth through proactive engagement and collaboration.

- Permanent 40 hour per week contract
- Mon-Fri 0730-1700 (with one hour unpaid break) and one in four Saturdays 0800-1100 (paid at time and a half)
