We are a growing independent vehicle body repair specialist looking for an experienced Senior Panel Technician to join our team.

The Role
We need someone who can:
- Think ahead

- Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs
- Carry out plastic repairs
- Carry out accurate repair planning and damage assessment
- Support workshop standards and continuous improvement
- Support efficient workshop flow and repair progression
- Share knowledge and support less experienced team members where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- This role is aimed at experienced technicians operating at senior level within vehicle body repair
- Minimum 10 years experience within vehicle body repair preferred
- Significant experience carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs essential
- Competent in structural repairs
- Strong repair capability across modern vehicle construction methods, including steel and aluminium
- Excellent organisation and workshop awareness
- Able to work independently and within a team
- ATA accreditation and/or recognised industry qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent) essential
Desirable:
- EV Level 3 qualification
- Experience working within BS10125 environments
- Leadership or mentoring experience
