Summary
We're looking for an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our growing transport operation based in Widnes.
If you're a professional driver who enjoys life on the road and is looking for regular nationwide work with a well-run business, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be driving modern articulated vehicles with curtain-sided trailers, delivering goods across the UK while representing Quickline Logistics with Professionalism and pride.
Responsibilities
- Driving Class 1 Articulated vehicles with curtain-sided trailers
- Completing nationwide deliveries and collections
- Tramping Monday to Friday with 4 Nights out each week
- Carrying out daily vehicle dafety checks
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
- Completing delivery paperwork and POD's accurately.
- Following Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations
- Providing Excellent customer service at all points
What we are Looking For:
- Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 Driving Experience
- Maximum of 3 Penalty Points
- Experience with Curtain-sided trailers preferred
- Good Knowledge of UK Road Networks
- Professional Attitude with excellent Communication Skills
- Reliable
- Safety Conscious and customer focused
