Due to continued company growth, we are seeking experienced subcontract electricians and electricians’ mates to join our team for a major commercial/industrial project in Bicester, the project commenced in August 2025 and will run for approximately 12 months.
We are looking for small gangs (minimum 2-man teams – one electrician and one mate) who work well together, have one point of contact, and are confident delivering works on a fixed-price package basis.
About the Work
- Commercial & industrial electrical installations
- Includes galvanised surface containment (trunking, tray, conduit), small power, and lighting systems
- Labour-only packages with strong earning potential
- Packages are of substantial value – easily achievable with consistent input and good productivity
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (minimum 9 hours per day)
⚡ Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial/industrial installations
- Own tools and transport
- Ability to work from drawings and deliver to programme
- ECS/JIB card preferred
Rates & Packages
Fixed-price packages available – substantial earnings achievable based on ability and output.
