An extraordinary opportunity has arisen for an experienced nanny to join a warm, welcoming family living within one of Britain's most iconic private residences.
Home to a close-knit island community, this remarkable setting offers a truly unique lifestyle where no two days are quite the same. The successful candidate will play an important role in the lives of two delightful young boys, with a new baby due in January. The mother will be on maternity leave for at least six months following the birth, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on the older children.
The family are seeking a kind, active and organised nanny who enjoys spending time outdoors, embraces adventure, and is looking for a long-term role where they can become a trusted and valued part of family life.
About the Children
The eldest brother is energetic, adventurous and happiest when he's outdoors. Tennis, football and exploring are amongst his favourite activities.
His younger brother has a gentler personality. While he also enjoys being outside, he has a particular love for reading, puzzles, Lego and imaginative play.
The Lifestyle
Living here is unlike anywhere else.
Accessible via a tidal causeway at low tide and by boat when the sea returns, life naturally follows with the rhythm of the tides. It requires organisation, flexibility and forward planning, but offers an incredibly peaceful and rewarding lifestyle surrounded by history, nature and a wonderful community.
This role would suit someone who embraces a quieter pace of life and appreciates the privilege of living and working somewhere truly exceptional.
