Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take reservations and manage guest bookings efficiently
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas
- Handle guest enquiries via phone with proper etiquette and professionalism
- Assist in setting up tables, organising menus, and ensuring all service standards are met
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly demeanour
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional manners when interacting with guests over the phone
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
