We would like to appoint a Standback Observer to observe and supervise pupils before, during and after swimming sessions and to ensure the safety of pupils throughout their swimming session.
The candidate will need:
- A current Royal Life Saving Society certificate in lifesaving and pool safety (or willingness to work towards)
- The ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers.
- Excellent communication skills
