Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Self Employed Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations as required.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in designated areas such as offices, washrooms, and communal spaces
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations
- Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service by responding politely to client requests or concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driving licence is desirable.
