A well-regarded law firm in Chichester is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who is looking to join a firm that combines high-quality work with a supportive and collaborative culture.
You'll manage your own residential property caseload with the support of experienced colleagues and dedicated administrative assistance, allowing you to focus on client care and delivering a smooth transaction process.
The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Equity release work
- Leasehold property matters
