Pine Valley Gardens are looking for a experienced sub contract landscaper. Must be reliable, smart, polite, experienced Landscaper working mainly in the Bromley/Sevenoaks area. You will be working as part of a landscaping team in residential & commercial gardens. We work all year round and have a wide range of projects scheduled. You must have minimum 5 years solid hard landscaping experience installing fencing both repair and new , hard/softwood & composite decking, turfing, artificial lawns, garden drainage, paving (groundwork and laying), garden brickwork and block paving. This role requires commuting between various jobs so a full clean driving license is essential and you will not be considered without one. You will have use of company vehicles after a successful probation period.

We have a huge amount of projects and will be constant amount of work for the right person(s) Hours will be 8am-4pm onsite, travelling times to job vary with works location (on job for 8am start) so arriving at depot (TN14) to collect vehicle/tools etc will be required. You must ideally live within 10 miles of the BR postcode.
Responsibilities of a Landscaper:
- Heavy lifting will be involved so must be physically fit.
- Keeping notes/photos on all work undertaken during the day keeping management up to date.
- Clear and concise reports back into management at the end of the day
- Ensuring projects are completed to budget and on-schedule
- Proficient in the use of diggers/dumpers, compactors, saws etc
- Ordering materials if required to ensure smooth running of projects
- Must be reliable and customer orientated, dont apply if you cant do a full week!
- Be able to meet timelines on a consistent basis
- Adhere to our health and safety policies at all times
- Work under own initiative and have excellent time management
- Liaising with customers and clients throughout the project ensuring any problems/issues are resolved
- Ensuring jobs are clean and tidy every end of day
- Must be able to run the job and manage staff onsite and be able to work on own if needed
