What you’ll be doing
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in helping our children feel safe, secure, and excited to learn each day. You’ll:
- Build strong, caring relationships with children and their families.
- Create engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Support children’s individual development through play-based learning and meaningful interactions.
- Take responsibility as a Key Person, ensuring every child feels known, valued, and supported.
- Complete observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and happiness at all times.
- Be a positive role model who brings enthusiasm, kindness, and energy to the team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Understands the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Is reliable, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
- Builds positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Brings warmth, creativity, patience, and a sense of fun to each day.
