Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Working Supervisor within groundworks
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- CSCS card required
- Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on
- Reliable and professional attitude
Duties:
- Supervising site operatives
- Coordinating daily groundworks activities
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to programme
- Maintaining site standards and productivity
