Children's Home Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and effective management of the children’s home.
- Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Individual to ensure the service complies with OFSTED and organisational standards.
- Manage, recruit, develop, and supervise a supportive staff team that delivers child-centred care.
- Handle safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage the home’s budget and resources to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Level 3 in Children and Young People.
- Driving Licence.
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
- Desirable:
- Previous management of a children’s home or similar setting.
