Nanotech Aviation supports airlines and aerospace companies around the world with sourcing, logistics, and procurement of aircraft parts. We’re looking for hardworking, curious individuals and students who want to learn the business from the ground up as an Administrative Operations Assistant. We are looking for someone to support our General Manager at the office in international shipping/logistics, aerospace fleet parts procurement, sales, business development, and operations.
What you’ll do
· Support day‑to‑day Administrative operations to include order tracking, delivery coordination, and on‑time follow‑through.
· Warehouse exposure: receiving, labeling, learning inventory and basic quality checks.
· Procurement 101: vendor outreach, parts research, lead‑time/freight comparisons, and data entry.
· RFQs & quoting: prepare and submit quotes, follow up with suppliers/customers, and log outcomes.
· Sales & business development: prepare basic proposals, and support outreach.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
